Impact Framework
Impact Framework
Measuring what matters — commercially, culturally and generationally.
CORi honors modern impact frameworks, but does not reduce impact to reporting language.
We believe the strongest ventures should be measured across financial performance, cultural restoration, community empowerment, environmental responsibility and long-term legacy.
Commercial Discipline
A CORi venture must have a credible commercial foundation.
This may include asset value, operating model, revenue pathways, hospitality economics, brand partnerships, media value, event revenue, membership, content, licensing, sponsorship, development upside or strategic exit potential.
Impact cannot survive without commercial strength. Commercial strength becomes more meaningful when it serves something larger.

Cultural Revitalization
CORi ventures should reinforce cultural identity, storytelling, language, music, art, design, cuisine, ritual, craftsmanship and memory.
Culture is not used as decoration. It is treated as intellectual, emotional and economic capital.

Community Empowerment
CORi aims to support local participation, employment, training, creative opportunity, supplier development and ownership pathways where appropriate.
A successful CORi venture should create value around it, not only inside it.

Environmental Symbiosis
CORi supports ventures designed with respect for land, biodiversity, materials, energy, waste, water, architecture and long-term ecological balance.
Sustainability is the minimum. Regeneration is the ambition.

Spiritual Resonance
Some forms of value cannot be captured by spreadsheets alone.
A CORi environment should leave people more connected to themselves, to each other, to land, to beauty and to the deeper intelligence of place.
That resonance is part of the asset.

Seven Generations
What will this mean for the next seven generations?
CORi asks a question that modern finance often forgets: What will this mean for the next seven generations?
That question sits beneath every venture, partnership and capital conversation.
